We’ll resume live content soon. We’ve been on a short summer break, and next week marks back-to-school for Jeannette and daycare for Nelly.
This month, I have two high-growth business trips lined up.
We’re making bold strategic shifts:
• Eliminating 80% of our product line to go all-in on the top 20% that drive the highest revenue and long-term growth.
• Introducing a ₦200M Advanced Export Mentorship Program tailored for government agencies and institutions.
• Discontinuing exports of products limited to only the Nigerian demographic (e.g., Ogbono, Garri).
• Keeping high-performing essentials like Afang leaves (spinach), which have broader appeal.
• Black soap is performing exceptionally well.
• Crayfish remains our #1 bestseller—five years and counting.
• Chewing sticks are a hit—we’re reordering and exporting 12,000 units to the U.S. market.
As we double down on our top 20%, we’ll continue to monitor performance aggressively and eliminate any underperformers—even if they’re profitable.
