Organic

U.S. law requires USDA organic certification to call a product “organic,” except for very small producers under $5,000 in annual organic sales.

Unless you have proper certification verifying that your food items are organic, I strongly advise against using the term “organic” on your packaging, marketing, or advertising.

Instead, use safer alternatives such as “natural” or “all-natural.” These terms are more flexible and don’t require USDA certification, but you should still ensure they are truthful and not misleading.
